Look At Jesus

For those of us who look solely to people for our perception of what it means to be a Christian, this is for you. There is an estimated seven billion people on planet earth. Unfortunately, out of all these people, zero percent of them are perfect. We must keep this mind when we are looking at people and to people for our examples. The truth of the matter is that Christ alone is our example. Sadly, I have witnessed many people both in and out of the faith talk about how hypocritical "Christians" are. I have witnessed many people being discouraged, disappointed and disillusioned by the behaviors of whom they deem to be "Christians". I want to encourage us to look to Jesus (Christ), not people. People are human, people are flawed and people sin (yes, even Christians!). So please don't get caught up in what people are doing. Instead be caught up in what Christ did and what He is doing and follow Him!!
