When God gives you a dream or a vision and gives you the liberty to pursue it, you should go boldly.

Although this may sound easy, be ready because unfortunately, Satan will try to hinder and distract us from fulfilling our dreams and visions. He is very good at preoccupying our minds with fear and/or doubt. We fear the unknown or we doubt that our dreams can actually come to past. Subsequently, these fears and doubts can lead to spiritual paralysis.

But I have two passage of scriptures to encourage you.

The first one comes from Habakkuk. In Habakkuk chapter two, verses two and three he states, “Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (NKJV‬‬)

In other words, although your vision may take some time to come to past, please believe it WILL come to past. Do not doubt it!

The second one comes from Second Timothy. Chapter one, verses six through seven urges us: “Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (NJKV)

There are many gifts and talents that God has placed in each of us. Tied to those gifts and talents are visions and dreams that God has placed in our hearts too. We are being urged to stir up the gift!! That means we should put our gifts to fresh use! We shouldn't allow fear interfere with that. We have the Spirit of God's power dwelling in us!!

So let's go! Activate the power within you to pursue your dreams (visions)! Follow God and go boldly!
