Take Him With You

Sometimes I can get forgetful. In moments of challenge or frustration, I can forget that I don’t have to be overwhelmed, discouraged, fearful, anxious or worried.

The only thing I need to do is to remember to  take Him with me. And when I say Him, I am speaking of God. And more specifically, I mean God’s Word.

God’s Word really comes through in clutch moments as long as I remember to rely on Him. But a lot of times unfortunately, my mind is so busied with the challenge or the frustration in the moment that I forget to rely on Him. Once I remember and refocus on the truth of Him and His Word, in whatever situation I am facing, I am reminded that all is well.

It’s my encouragement to all of us, make it a priority to take Him (His Word) with us everywhere we are. Remember scripture and hide it in your heart (Psalm 119:11). We can be comforted in knowing that He (and His Word) is with us at all times.
